Bumble Blush is operated by bumbleblush int. pvt. ltd. This policy covers information handled through our website and consulting engagements. Contact us at hello@bumbleblush.in with questions about your information.

When we process personal information on behalf of a business client, we follow that client's documented instructions and the data-handling terms agreed for the engagement. Any separately agreed data processing terms apply to that processing alongside this website notice.

• Account information, including your name, email address, and a hashed form of your password when you register.
• Billing and order information, including your contact name, billing address, selected services, payment method, transaction references, and order history.
• Project information you choose to provide, such as goals, data sources, deadlines, stakeholders, project materials, and support correspondence.
• Reviews you submit, including the rating, title, review text, and your display name. Published reviews are visible to other visitors.
• Technical and usage information, such as pages visited, browser and device information, approximate location, and website performance measurements.

Please do not enter payment card details, passwords, API keys, or unnecessary personal or sensitive data in project notes or reviews. Agree a suitable transfer method with us before sharing confidential project materials.

We use information to manage accounts and proposal carts, process orders and payments, scope and deliver consulting services, send onboarding details and receipts, respond to requests, and manage cancellations and refunds. We also use it to keep the website secure, troubleshoot problems, understand site usage, improve performance, and meet accounting and legal obligations.

Project-specific requirements for access, confidentiality, data processing, and model training should be recorded in the agreed scope before project data is shared.

We collect information for the purposes described above and ask for consent where required by applicable law. You can withdraw consent by contacting us. Providing information for an engagement does not by itself authorize unrelated marketing or unrelated model training. Please share only information you are authorized to provide and agree any requirements for sensitive data before transferring it.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use confidential client materials to train shared or general-purpose AI models, or to develop services for other clients, without the client's separate written permission. Training, fine-tuning, and evaluation for your own project are limited to the purpose agreed in its scope.

Online payments are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout, such as Stripe or PayPal when available. We receive payment status and transaction information to reconcile your order. Full card details entered into the payment provider's payment form are handled by that provider rather than stored in our order database. The provider's privacy policy also applies to its handling of payment information.

We use cookies for sign-in sessions and to remember your proposal cart. The cart identifier cookie is set for up to 30 days. Browser storage may also remember preferences such as your selected theme. You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings, which may affect sign-in and checkout.

The site includes Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure traffic and loading performance when enabled. These tools can process page addresses, referring pages, device and browser information, approximate location, and performance metrics. Information is handled by the service providers needed to operate the website and deliver your engagement, including hosting, database, payment, email, and analytics providers. The information each provider receives depends on the service it performs. We may also disclose information where required by law or to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.

Service providers may process information outside your country. Project-specific restrictions on data location or subprocessors should be agreed with us before the engagement begins.

We limit project-data access to the people and providers needed for the engagement. Before sharing project material with an AI or other project-specific provider, its permitted use and data-handling requirements must be covered by the agreed project scope and appropriate confidentiality or processing terms.

We delete all project-related data under our control no later than 30 calendar days after project completion, subject to applicable law. This includes project files, datasets, project notes, working copies, and backups.

For consulting work, completion means the final handover or another completion date confirmed with you in writing. If an engagement ends early, the period runs from its effective termination date. For a SaaS plan, the period runs from the end of paid access or an earlier account closure you request.

If you request deletion at project completion, we delete all project-related data immediately upon completion instead of retaining it for the 30-day period. To make this request, email hello@bumbleblush.in with your project or order number. Please save any deliverables you want to keep before deletion. For a SaaS plan or an engagement ended early, you can request immediate deletion when the service ends instead of the 30-day retention period.

Access to account and order management is restricted through authentication and access controls. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

If a security incident affects personal information, we will investigate, take appropriate containment steps, and notify affected clients and relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

You can update supported account details from your profile. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, raise a privacy concern, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it, email hello@bumbleblush.in from the address associated with your account. Include enough detail to identify the account or order, but do not send your password or full payment card details.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Requests are handled subject to applicable law. Withdrawing information needed to deliver an engagement may affect our ability to continue that engagement. You may also raise concerns with a competent authority where applicable law provides that right.

How to request account deletion

1. Email hello@bumbleblush.in from your registered email address with the subject “Account deletion request”. Include any relevant project or order numbers.
2. Tell us whether you want the account closed immediately or at the end of your current paid access, and whether you want project data deleted immediately when the engagement ends.
3. We verify account ownership, confirm the closure date, cancel any future subscription renewals, and arrange any requested data or deliverable handover before closing access. We do not ask for your password or full payment card details.
4. We confirm account closure by email. Project-related data is deleted within 30 calendar days after the engagement or paid access ends, or immediately at that time if requested, as described in section 7 above.

Privacy questions and complaints can be sent to hello@bumbleblush.in. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and address them within one month, subject to any shorter applicable legal deadline.

Our consulting services are intended for adults acting for themselves or their businesses. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this website, please contact us so we can investigate and address it.

We may update this policy as the website, services, or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek consent for a change.
